El León de Judá, Haile Selassie. Símbolo imperecedero de nuestra antigua filosofía. Representa al Rey de Reyes como un león. 
En el pasado, los Rastas veían que los negros eran sujetos a abusos físicos por los grilletes de la esclavitud. En el presente, los Rastas sienten que están esclavizados por otros grilletes, a saber, la pobreza, el analfabetismo, la desigualdad, y el engaño de los poderosos.
Hemanos y hermanas, considero que la esclavitud de Babylon no nos deja ver la realidad del sistema, que nos oprime, y nos hace esclavos .
Por eso pinté este cuadro.

In the past,Rasta see that blacks were subject to physical abuse by the shackles of slavery. At present, Rastas feel that they are enslaved by other fetters,namely, poverty, illiteracy,inequality, and the deceit of the powerful.
Sister and sisters,I believe that slavery of Babylon will not let us see the reality of the system that oppresses us and makes us slaves.

So I painted this picture.
